Ingredients

  • Black tea (we prefer bagged or loose-leaf, decaf when possible)

  • Instead of mlk Soy Milk

  • 1 spoon of honey

  • Ginger,

  • cinnamon,

  • clove,

  • cardamom,

  • black pepper

Chai latte soy milk recipe

Procedure

First of all you have to mix your own chai putting together all the spices. Be generous whit the ones you  like better.

Once you have the perfect mix you have to put it into a boiling water with black tea.

After infusion you have to filter the tea leaving behind all the spices, heat again your chai and pour the liquid into a mug.

Fill the mug halfway and add a spoon of honey.

Stir it and then sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder.

Heat soy milk and pour it on the cup topping the mug with a latte art. Keep in mind that your chai tea (with no milk added can be stored in your fridge for 3/4 days without any trouble).
