  • 150ml Instead of Mlk Soy Milk,
  • 20ml Wildflower Honey,
  • 1 espresso coffee (preferably 100% Arabica blend),
  • 1 chai tea bag,
  • whole grain biscuit.

In a milk frother, pour soy milk and honey, heat with the steam wand to around 60 degrees Celsius.

Pour the mixture into the glass, add the chai tea bag.

After 2 minutes of infusion, pour the espresso on the surface.

Decorate with a whole grain biscuit, and serve.
