Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (300g) Instead of Mlk almond milk
  • 3/4 cup (180g) strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) pumpkin puree
  • 2-3 tablespoons (40-60g) pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • Cinamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Procedure

First, add 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree to a small pot, over medium heat.

Stir, then add spice mix and non-dairy milk of choice (we personally suggest almond because is the sweetest one)

Stir, warming, but be careful not to boil. Turn off the heat, and stir in coffee (about 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, or 1-2 shots of espresso). Taste for sweetness, and adjust as needed.

Pour into a mug, and top with plenty of vegan whipped cream, if desired! 

Sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice mix on top of the whipped topping.
